Job Summary:
Fleet Data Centers designs, builds and operates mega-scale data center campuses. The Global Security Policy Architect owns Fleet’s unified global security policy framework spanning physical, cyber, OT, and personnel security, ensuring that policies are enforceable, measurable, and aligned with various obligations.
Responsibilities:
• The Architect develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
• The Architect defines minimum security standards that align with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and contractual commitments. Policies must be auditable and enforceable rather than aspirational.
• The Architect partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, OT, and Operations teams to ensure policy harmonization across jurisdictions and geographies.
• The Architect leads periodic policy reviews, maturity assessments, and updates aligned with evolving risk and regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
• Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and security standards.
• Strong documentation and governance discipline.
Preferred:
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
