Job description

An Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Operations Engineer designs, implements, and maintains identity lifecycle management platforms (e.g., SailPoint) to automate user provisioning, access requests, and compliance certifications. They ensure secure access, manage Active Directory, and troubleshoot production issues to align with security policies.

Role Description:

  • Basic understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance concepts.
  • Familiarity with IAM/IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to directory services such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in identity management or identity governance
  • Experience with Linux and Windows administration
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell or Python)
  • Security+ certification 

Bonus:

  • Internship or academic projects in IAM/IGA are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or IBM Security Verify Governance.
