Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to influence alignment and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives across multiple domains, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in a dynamic environment.

This team excels in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology enablement to create scalable solutions with measurable business impact. Focused on clear communication, goal setting, and continuous improvement, the team advances technology initiatives worldwide. What you'll do:
  • Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system scalability.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to maintain program momentum.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery velocity.
  • Engage stakeholders to secure alignment, communicate progress, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and communication.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive consensus across complex programs.
