About the role

As the Global Director of Continuous Improvement, you'll be the senior strategic leader driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable performance improvement across the enterprise. You'll own the development, deployment, and governance of TERREPOWER's global continuous improvement (CI) strategy - aligning it with business objectives and building a culture of innovation, accountability, and measurable results. It's a high-impact role for a visionary change agent with deep Lean and Six Sigma expertise who can influence at every level and deliver real impact across diverse regions and functions.

  • Operational excellence - Lead global CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies, standardize processes and best practices across regions, and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Change management & culture - Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, and build organizational capability through training, coaching, and certification programs.
  • Performance management - Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track CI progress and ROI, run regular reviews with regional and functional leaders, and benchmark best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Team leadership - Develop regional CI teams and leaders, foster collaboration across geographies and business units, and drive talent development and succession planning.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation leadership, with proven success leading global or multi-site CI programs.

  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities across all levels of an organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline).
  • Experience in sustainable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or complex global operations.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, automation, or advanced analytics.
  • Track record of delivering significant financial and operational impact.

What we offer

  • Compensation - Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus.
  • Health & wellness - Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement - 401(k) with company match.
  • Time off - Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
