Job description

Job Family Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

Business Improvement & Implementation drives the deployment and execution of Global Operating Model (GOM) initiatives across regions. The function translates field insights and Operating Model Assessment findings into targeted improvement initiatives that close performance gaps, improve operational execution, and deliver measurable business value.

The team ensures effective regional anchoring of strategic priorities, GOM standards, and transformation initiatives through implementation support, assessments, gap closure, and value realization activities.

Responsibilties
  • Act as the primary GOM interface for the AME region
  • Deploy and secure adoption of GOM standards, processes, and ways of working
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear regional actions and implementation plans
  • Execute Operating Model Assessments and identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Define and develop regional gap closure plans together with regional stakeholders
  • Track progress, KPIs, risks, and implementation impact
  • Support implementation of transformation initiatives linked to operational performance and scalability
  • Provide structured field feedback to improve the Global Operating Model
  • Build alignment and close collaboration with regional leadership teams
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable operational and business value
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Experience within Operations, Business Improvement, Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Operational Excellence
  • Experience working in cross-functional and regional/global organizations
  • Experience in implementing and supporting change initiatives in operational environments
  • Deep knowledge of operational workflows, performance management, and continuous improvement
  • Experience within renewable energy, service operations, or industrial environments
