Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Plattsburgh, New York a global leader in the transportation sector, specializing in sustainable mobility solutions, including rolling stock (trains, trams, metros), signaling systems, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up production equipment, including robots, machines, workstations, and inspection tools.
  • Cleaning and maintaining working areas and production equipment to uphold a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Performing manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
  • Monitoring the production process, conducting basic testing, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Alerting the Team Leader to any process drifts or quality issues that arise.

Experience:

  • More than 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, specifically with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices.
  • A strong focus on manufacturing effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Collaborative and transparent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Torquing - Required for all operators.
  • Electrical Crimping - Required for operators performing electrical crimping operations.
