Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Operations Associate to support marketing and sales initiatives for a global manufacturing engineering components company. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with approximately 1 year of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

The Marketing Operations Associate will support lead generation and management activities, coordinate global trade shows and webinars, maintain digital marketing platforms, assist with market research and reporting, and provide operational support for sales and marketing programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced industrial B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Lead Management

  • Manage and maintain incoming leads generated through website inquiries, trade shows, digital campaigns, and future platforms such as 3Dfindit.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing, SEO, web activities, and trade shows.
  • Distribute leads to sales and field representatives in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor lead progression and support sales teams in converting leads into opportunities and customers.
  • Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting visibility.

Trade Show & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics and administration for approximately 10–15 global trade shows annually, including distributor-supported events in Asia.
  • Manage trade show registrations, exhibitor portals, badges, and event documentation.
  • Coordinate hotel and travel-related communications for participating staff.
  • Prepare pre-show communications and overview meetings with exhibitors.
  • Coordinate shipment and preparation of trade show materials and exhibit trunks.
  • Prepare lead retrieval forms, qualifiers, and post-show reporting.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and vendor communications related to trade shows.
  • Download and distribute trade show leads following events.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of AI-generated event preparation materials for sales and trade show participants.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate reports using Google Analytics, DRF, and other business intelligence tools to support sales growth and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing and lead performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Support market research activities and assist with validating market and customer information.

Digital Marketing & Website Support

  • Assist with maintaining and updating company website content and pages.
  • Coordinate with external web development vendors as needed.
  • Support ongoing SEO maintenance and optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and online promotional efforts.

SharePoint & Internal Marketing Support

  • Update and maintain SharePoint resources including Sales Central, Market Intelligence, and marketing-related pages.
  • Support internal marketing communications and content organization.

Samples & Sales Support Coordination

  • Coordinate preparation and shipment of customer sample requests.
  • Complete shipping request documentation and coordinate with shipping teams.
  • Manage international shipment documentation and communication as required.
  • Provide shipment tracking information to recipients and confirm delivery status.

Webinar & Training Coordination

  • Organize and administer webinars, training sessions, and annual marketing program calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and participant support for virtual events.

Creative & General Marketing Support

  • Assist with visual content development including graphics, photography, and marketing collateral.
  • Support additional digital marketing and marketing operations initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM or lead management systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
  • Exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or website content management systems.
