In this role, you'll help bridge strategy and execution—turning insights and data into campaigns that engage shoppers and drive conversion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on household name brands and see your marketing strategies on shelves across the nation in Target, Walmart, and other national retailers. As part of a collaborative team, you'll manage campaign logistics, coordinate with creative and sales teams, and support the delivery of shopper programs across Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), and Walmart Connect . You'll help oversee digital couponing, retail media placements, and incentive programs through partners like Ibotta and Instacart , while tracking performance and managing campaign budgets in Excel. You'll thrive here if you're organized, proactive, and adaptable —someone who can balance creative ideas with structured execution.
