As a Supply Chain Strategy Manager, you will lead sourcing initiatives, optimize supply performance, and collaborate across operations, engineering, finance, and supplier networks to create sustainable business value. How you'll make an impact

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

  • Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: CPSM or PMP certification, SAP experience, Power BI knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
