Job Description

The Supervisor, Global Fixed Asset Procurement & Facilities Services is responsible for overseeing the procurement, lifecycle management, and governance of fixed assets while ensuring consistent delivery of facilities services across a global portfolio. This role leads to the execution of procurement strategies, vendor performance, and service standards to support business operations, cost optimization, compliance, and asset stewardship.

Job Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site), Seattle, WA (on-site), Lynnwood, WA (on-site), Federal Way, WA (on-site)

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Supervise global procurement activities for fixed assets, including equipment, furniture, racking, fixtures, capital assets, and facility-related investments.
  • Ensure adherence to capital approval processes, procurement policies, and financial controls.
  • Manage supplier relationships, and (MSAs) master services agreements related to fixed assets and facilities services including maintenance, janitorial, security, landscaping, and workplace services
  • Supervise competitive sourcing, RFPs, and negotiations for global and regional vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance, cost, quality, and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost containment through supplier optimization
  • Translate business requirements into scalable procurement and facilities solutions
  • Prepare reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership

Physical Demands

  • Use of standard office equipment - computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.  
  • Write with pencil/pen/marker 
  • Functions performed primarily while sitting at desk
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in fixed asset procurement, facilities services, and corporate real estate operations.
  • Prior facilities services and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of capital procurement, asset lifecycle management, and facilities services.
  • Experience in establishing a strong facilities services program foundation preferred.
  • Financial acumen and cost management.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Software proficiency skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or global office portfolios
Additional Information

Expected base salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Eligible for annual bonus
