We are actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Insightful Compassionate Healing Center, based in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily serving our client base in school settings. The LCSW will play a vital role in delivering compassionate mental health support to individuals experiencing severe emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring they receive the care they need to thrive.

This is a remote position, providing opportunities for flexibility while allowing our LCSWs to work closely with clients in local school facilities. • Provide direct clinical support to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders in both community and school settings.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans to empower clients, facilitating their journey towards recovery and overall well-being.
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine the best approach for individual client needs.
• Maintain a caseload to manage assessments, individual and group therapy, and engage families in the therapeutic process.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide timely support when clients are in urgent need of assistance.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, social workers, and educators to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and adapt treatment strategies.
• Ensure the appropriate record-keeping and documentation is completed promptly for compliance and reflection of client progress.
• Contribute to developing community programs that raise awareness and provide education on mental health issues.
• Engage in ongoing training regarding mental health best practices and ethical guidelines.

The LCSW will primarily work with children and adolescents in school settings, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, with a current and valid LCSW license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to apply them in both individual and group contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while engaging closely with colleagues and clients remotely.

• Experience in school-based mental health programs is highly desirable.
• Background in developing and implementing integrated care plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services for additional client support.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
