• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Execute diverse therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting, focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced treatment techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery, providing care that aligns with physicians' directives and best practices.
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers through consultations, ensuring they are informed about treatment goals and self-management techniques.
• Document patient progress meticulously in electronic health records, meeting regulatory and clinical standards while adhering to our clinic's quality assurance policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of care.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with all patients, understanding their goals and motivations to help them exceed their functional aspirations.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach programs that promote the clinic’s core values and services.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State-issued Physical Therapy License.
• Basic Life Support certification from a recognized provider.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including electronic health record systems.

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, preferably with knowledge of multi-disciplinary approaches to rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop patient-centered care plans based on clinical evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• A commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting experience and skill levels.
