The Opportunity 
We have an opportunity for a People & Culture Generalist to join our team and help us bring and develop the best talent to the teams in our Importing Offices located in Australia, the USA, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. You will be a crucial member of the wider People & Culture Team, responsible for ensuring and overseeing all the P&C / HR processes. 
  
You are a driven team player and multitasker who can liaise with offices located in different parts of the world, as well as the P&C team based in Latin America. You are a curious person, willing to learn constantly on the go and take the initiative to propose new opportunities as you see them arise. You are highly organized but also have the flexibility to adapt when needed. You are also highly sensitive to the needs of our people who are from different cultural backgrounds and can communicate clearly and compassionately, which allows your constructive feedback to be heard. You have a soft and assertive communication style while also being down to earth. 
  
Key Responsibilities 
  
The P&C Generalist will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on a variety of human resource topics including recruitment, employee relations, organizational structure, and training and development. This position will develop and implement strategies, manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Consultant will be a key member of the organization's human resources team and provide critical support to the organization's success. 
  
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on a variety of human resource topics, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational structure, and training and development 
• Oversees the whole employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience. 
• Develop and implement strategies that support the organization's goals 
• Support leaders and employees in managing employee relations and conflict resolution. 
• Create and maintain employee records and documents 
• Participate in the development of employee performance management systems 
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback 
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for improvement 
• Develop and present training programs and workshops 
• Ensure HR processes and policies comply with local laws and organizational requirements and are well communicated. 
• Update and maintain policies and procedures and provide HR advice and support on these where necessary. 
• Recommend improvements to reduce risk and save costs. 
• Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Own and support various HR projects within our People roadmap. 
• Design, manage, and execute initiatives that significantly enhance our employee experience, wellbeing, and retention.

Qualifications 
  
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) 
• Solid experience in a full-cycle people/HR generalist role. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 
• 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role 
• Good Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the USA 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 
• Empathic, approachable, proactive and detail-oriented 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems 
• Right to live and work in the United States of America 
• Able to maintain confidentiality
