Job Description:

The Global Financial Crimes Threat Identification Product Executive is responsible for the direction, development, and delivery of financial crime threat intelligence products, briefing materials, and analytical reporting that inform executive, governance, and enterprise audiences.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the production and quality of threat intelligence and briefing content, directing the preparation of materials for senior leadership, governance forums, and board education initiatives, reviewing and challenging targeted risk assessments, and overseeing the development of products shared with law enforcement and external stakeholders to support information sharing and public-private collaboration. Job expectations include exercising significant independent judgment in evaluating complex and evolving risks, setting standards for analytic rigor and consistency across threat intelligence products, and ensuring significant financial crime threats and trends are effectively communicated, understood, and addressed across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development, review, and distribution of financial crime threat intelligence, briefing materials, and analytical reports for executive and associate audiences
  • Directs the preparation of financial crime threat content for senior leadership, governance forums, and board education initiatives
  • Reviews and challenges targeted risk assessments to ensure accurate identification, analysis, and communication of emerging financial crime threats and trends
  • Oversees the development of threat intelligence products and briefing materials shared with law enforcement and external stakeholders to support information sharing and public-private collaboration
  • Establishes and maintains standards, templates, and quality controls for threat intelligence products, ensuring analytic rigor, consistency, and appropriate handling and classification of sensitive information
  • Partners with Front Line Units, Control Functions, and Compliance and Operational Risk Officers to define intelligence requirements and ensure threat products drive actionable risk mitigation and enterprise awareness

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Financial Crimes, Compliance, Operational Risk, intelligence analysis, or related risk management disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading the production of intelligence products, briefing materials, and analytical reporting for executive and external audiences
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial crime typologies, emerging threats, and regulatory expectations related to anti-money laundering, fraud, economic sanctions, and illicit finance risks
  • Experience reviewing and challenging risk assessments and analytic conclusions to ensure accuracy, rigor, and consistency
  • Experience developing and leveraging relationships with law enforcement, regulatory, and industry partners to support information sharing and public-private collaboration
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders, governance forums, government agencies, and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and insights, and translate them into clear, concise written products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to support risk management objectives
