Job Summary:This position is responsible for leading a small, specialized team in the global testing of financial systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and issue escalation. A key component of this role involves managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, requiring robust tracking and status reporting to client stakeholders.

In addition to these duties, the individual will provide critical support to the Design & Construction Operations team. This includes developing operational guides, conducting root cause analysis and driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Systems Testing (50%)

  • Lead and mentor a small team of testing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for global financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project timelines.

  • Oversee all phases of testing, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

  • Manage multiple testing initiatives concurrently, tracking progress and providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Establish and manage a clear process for issue escalation and resolution.

  • Collaborate with IT and finance departments to ensure seamless system functionality and data accuracy.

  • Be a liaison with GSS, Tax, AP compliance and Project accounting for testing and stakeholder sign off for new initiatives and enhancements

  • Manage overall roadmap for special billings channel including country onboarding, new regulations, and compliance requirements

Operational Support (50%)

  • Develop and maintain operational guides, standard operating procedures, and process documentation to support Design & Construction Operations team efficiency and consistency across projects

  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges, project delays, and quality issues to identify systemic problems and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous improvement

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline workflows, and drive adoption of best practices across the D&C organization

  • Partner with leadership to identify process gaps, monitor key performance metrics, and implement scalable improvements that support team objectives and operational excellence

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in leading a team responsible for financial systems testing or a similar technical function.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with strong organizational and tracking skills.

  • Experience in resource management, including workforce planning, utilization analysis, and capacity planning.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise status and escalation reporting.

  • Familiarity with financial and accounting principles.

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
