Job Description

Support the Finance team in managing revenue, forecasting, month-end close, and profitability analysis for assigned client accounts, while serving as a key business partner to client, account, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Work within Corporate Finance team to support all client reporting required including profitability and hours burn for internal review.
  • Partner with client leads, account teams, and operations stakeholders to explain financial performance, forecast changes, and key business drivers in a clear, actionable way.
  • Present financial insights, risks, and opportunities to non-finance stakeholders, helping client teams understand the impact on revenue, profitability, and account performance.
  • Review of general ledger during Month End Close to identify and prepare journal entries supporting revenue recognition.
  • Prepare monthly revenue forecast for assigned client accounts by partnering closely with client leads and identify key risk, changes, and opportunities.
  • Support in completing all Groupe reporting, scheduled and ad hoc
  • Support in client's annual remuneration negotiations and staffing analysis
  • Partner with Client Finance team to review client monthly billings
  • Serve as power user of several financial, time tracking, and media databases that are updated on monthly basis
  • Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external financial audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred)
  • 4+ Years of experience in a Finance/Accounting role
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise recommendations for non-finance partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across finance, operations, and client-facing teams including executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion preferred.

 Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $80,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
