In this role, you will oversee concessions, park operations, and café services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across these premier destinations. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. * Ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment; initiate capital budget to replace, remodel equipment and facilities. * Directly accountable for budget and profitability of departments with the General Manager. Develop financial objectives consistent with company objectives. More about you * Minimum of three years' management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment, preferably in a venue of significant size and scope, as well as prior food service operations experience. * Familiarity with standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing. * Strong leadership skills are a must. * Excellent client relationship management skills. * Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail-oriented. * Familiar with POS and inventory software. * No degree required.
