Global Engagement Specialist

The Global Engagement Specialist is responsible for: assisting with New International Student Orientation planning and implementation, coordinating Global Engagement student leadership programs; planning and implementation of student programs and events; fiscal procurement for programs maintaining and attaching participant lists, receipts and other documentation into Workday in a timely manner; working closely with OAA Business Services to ensure timely and accurate processing of requisitions and spend authorizations; monitoring and responding to inquiries submitted the general email account; and other duties as assigned to support Global Engagement (i.e. promotion of activities, supply management, collecting information from campus partners and vendors, obtaining quotes for goods and services, administrative support for the inbound exchange program).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
