Sr. Sales Enablement Program ManagerOverview

This role owns a portfolio of global sales enablement programs, translating strategy into high-impact learning experiences, live and on-demand, for our internal sales teams. It sits at the center of content programs, communications, and training delivery for ongoing (post-onboarding) enablement.

This person should be highly organized and proven in their ability to influence solution delivery in a consultative way. They are comfortable in highly technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and can clearly define project objectives while managing timelines, resources, and risk. This is a hands-on position on a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves and make decisions quickly to get things done.

  • Own communication strategy and execution for sales enablement programs, ensuring content and updates reach the field clearly and on time
  • Design, and manage learning journeys for ongoing sales enablement, grounded in strong instructional design practices
  • Plan, calendar, and host live training sessions including partnering with SMEs, lead dry runs, and ensure sales and product content is field-ready before it launches
  • Develop a process to prioritize content request and build and maintain a content roadmap that prioritizes those requests against stakeholder needs and program goals
  • Partner across the enablement ecosystem (field enablement, leader enablement, reps, leadership) to surface gaps, needs, and priorities.
  • Manage enablement projects end-to-end by defining goals, gathering resourcing, setting timelines, scheduling and running cross-functional working cadence, and evaluating risk
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Rubrik products, value propositions, and customer use cases
  • Lead change management for new programs, processes, or tools by identifying stakeholders and building the communication plan for rollout
  • Apply analytical skills to drive insights, develop action plans, and track progress tied to business goals and metrics
Tooling and Platforms
  • Understand and own AI tooling initiatives that drive workflow efficiency and content quality across enablement programs
  • Assess, audit, and contribute to CMS/LMS and enablement tooling strategy as needed to support content delivery.
Events

Support end-to-end planning and execution of enablement events, including SKO, helping coordinate budgets, agencies, timelines, design, content, and stakeholder alignment alongside the broader team.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, program/project management, or learning & development, ideally at a technical or SaaS company
  • Track record designing and delivering learning programs, both live and on-demand, for a sales or customer-facing audience
  • Experience owning communication strategy and execution for a distributed, field-facing audience
  • Comfortable partnering with SMEs to build, validate, and refine technical or product content
  • Ability to build strong and strategic relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent programs, timelines, and stakeholders at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with LMS/CMS or enablement tooling
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally for events (e.g., SKO, Onboarding, Offsites)
