Job description

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our GTM Acceleration team. In this role, you’ll own the program management behind some of our highest-priority GTM initiatives and build the operating systems that turn important product releases into clear, timely action across the field.

You’ll lead complex programs like global enablement offsites, Sales Kickoff, Field Readiness Bootcamps, and other strategic GTM initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up. You’ll also own the process connecting Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) releases to GTM and ensure our teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to do differently.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Field Engineering, and Enablement. You’ll bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional work, keep teams aligned against fixed deadlines, and give leaders clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.

This role is hybrid, based out of our SF office and includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

What You Will Do:
  • Program-manage Vercel’s highest-priority GTM initiatives—including global enablement offsites, Sales Kickoff, Field Readiness Bootcamps, and other strategic programs—from initial planning and workbacks through execution and follow-up.
  • Own the GTM enablement roadmap and calendar: intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, readiness, conflicts, and regional coordination across programs.
  • Build and run the EPD-to-GTM release process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches, establishing clear owners, milestones, decisions, field ready supporting resources.
  • Enforce product-update communication standards across Slack and enablement channels, including the template, routing, timing, and exception path for urgent changes.
  • Provide leadership with a concise view of program status, risks, decisions, and dependencies without requiring them to chase updates.
About You:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, business operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role, ideally in a fast-moving technology environment.
  • You have a track record of driving ambiguous, high-visibility programs with many contributors and fixed deadlines, and can bring structure to work that does not yet have a clear playbook.
  • An exceptional operator: you build clear plans, identify critical paths and dependencies, close open decisions, and reliably follow through from planning to execution.
  • Clear communicator who can influence senior cross-functional partners without formal authority
  • You understand enterprise B2B sales and GTM organizations well enough to anticipate what customer-facing teams need to be successful, and you can quickly develop fluency in technical products.
  • You look for ways to automate repetitive coordination and operational work, using AI and lightweight tooling to make processes faster and more scalable.
  • You thrive in environments with a high rate of change and are comfortable creating structure while the organization, product, and priorities continue to evolve.
Bonus If You:
  • Have worked at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company.
  • Have experience with sales enablement, field readiness, product launch operations, or large-scale internal programs.
  • Have experience designing intake, communications, or governance systems across Product & GTM
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $144,000 - $198,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
