As the Senior Manager, Compensation, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and equity programs to attract, retain, and motivate Rollins teammates. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation and equity practices.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for. .
  • Managing the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of base pay, incentive, and equity compensation programs
  • Conducting market pricing using external surveys and internal benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
  • Developing and maintaining salary structures and job architecture
  • Managing the annual compensation processes, such as merit increases, bonus planning, and salary reviews
  • Supporting governance and oversight for job evaluations and leveling decisions
  • Analyzing compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention actions
  • Working closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting of equity-related expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, transparency laws)
  • Analyzing compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Prepare compensation materials and presentations for leadership and executive review
  • Working with the Rollins internal communications team to communicate compensation and equity programs to teammates, ensuring transparency and understanding of the overall Total Rewards structure
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing Total Rewards teammates as applicable

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years focused on equity compensation
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, equity vehicles, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
  • Must be local to the Atlanta metro area or willing to self-relocate to the area.
