Job title: Operational Excellence SWAT Specialist
Location: Site-based with global reach West Chester PA.

Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role:
As an Operational Excellence SWAT Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:
• Identifying and prioritising high-value improvement opportunities that significantly enhance P&L performance and cash generation
• Leading targeted operational excellence programmes from diagnosis through to implementation and results delivery
• Conducting detailed analysis to uncover root causes and translate insights into clear, actionable improvement plans
• Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Driving disciplined execution of initiatives, ensuring accountability and sustainable performance improvements
• Monitoring and validating financial impact in collaboration with Finance to ensure real, trackable value delivery
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Proven experience delivering operational excellence, transformation or consulting initiatives in complex environments
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational actions to P&L and cash outcomes
• Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programmes and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong programme and project management skills, with a focus on execution and results
