As a Commercial Glass Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet both client expectations and company standards. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborate with various departments, and guide your team to successful project completion within budget and on time, all while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Project Leadership : Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple complex commercial glass projects, ensuring successful execution within deadlines and budgets. Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (engineering, fabrication, and installation) to ensure project goals are met and maintain open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders. Planning and Execution : Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk logs, and submittals, and ensure that all project documentation is well-organized and up to date. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution : Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all deliverables meet the company's high-quality craftsmanship standards and adhere to project specifications.
