We are experiencing significant growth and have recently added production positions on our shifts. Do you enjoy working with your hands? You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment building our truck caps operating machines drills, screw guns, rivet guns & more!
Position Summary:
The Tool Maker must be able to ensure quality standards are maintained for each tooling/mold. The tool maker is using various spray equipment, spraying or hand laying fiberglass and mold refinishing. The tool maker also performs body work using various pneumatic tools.
What you will be doing:
  • Identifies and repairs defects on products.
  • Performs tasks such as chopping, rolling and prepping molds, plugs, glass masters and other parts as instructed.
  • Sprays materials into molds.
  • Problem solving and working closely with the engineering team
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Needed:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
