Job Description

As a Tipi Glamping Coordinator, you will oversee the daily guest experience for our luxury tipi accommodations by coordinating arrivals, preparing glamping sites, and ensuring every stay is comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. This role combines hospitality, outdoor operations, and guest service to deliver an exceptional glamping experience.

What You'll Do as a Tipi Glamping Coordinator:

Coordinate guest arrivals and departures for the luxury tipi glamping experience.
Prepare and inspect glamping accommodations prior to guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met.
Welcome guests and provide an overview of the glamping experience, resort amenities, and activities.
Assist guests with questions, special requests, and recommendations throughout their stay.
Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Resort Experience teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitor glamping areas to ensure supplies, equipment, and amenities remain fully stocked and well maintained.
Assist with inventory management and organization of glamping equipment and supplies.
Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the glamping area.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring as a Tipi Glamping Coordinator:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Previous hospitality, guest service, recreation, glamping, campground, or outdoor recreation experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with general office software preferred.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences in an outdoor hospitality environment.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and uneven terrain.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
