The NOW, a new concept massage boutique, was founded on the principle that self-care is a necessity not a luxury. Designed to serve as an oasis from today’s fast paced digital society, their goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage services in an inspired setting. After launching in 2015, The NOW quickly became a wellness destination for globe-trotting influencers and locals alike. With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and several locations on the horizon, The NOW is looking forward to bringing their thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.
Summary:
The Retail + Gifting Coordinator supports the company's gifting program, retail order fulfillment, event logistics, and other day to day office needs.

Duties + Responsibilities:
Gift Preparation amp; Fulfillment
  • Prepare and pack gifting for influencers, prospective guests, events, and other franchise partners
  • Assemble gift boxes to specification
  • Track gifted product inventory and flag items for reorder, coordinating with and reporting to inventory management team
  • Package and ship gift items to recipients
Retail amp; Guest Order Fulfillment
  • Fulfill Franchise Boutique orders for retail items
  • Fulfill Guest Purchase Orders submitted through the company website(s)
Event amp; Office Support
  • Help with event set up and break down
  • Assist with transportation of items between office and boutiques as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in office administration, retail fulfillment, or inventory support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to track inventory accurately and communicate reorder needs in a timely manner
  • Comfortable performing repetitive packing and assembly tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic proficiency with order management or e-commerce platforms is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and packages up to 25–30 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods while preparing and packing gifts
  • Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for order fulfillment tasks

Schedule:
  • Mon- Thurs- 4 hours per day (hours can be flexible- a.m. or p.m.) with occasional availability on Friday's as needed.
Compensation:
  • $20-22/hour
