THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of a growing business within the fashion accessories, lifestyle and gifting industry? We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Wholesale team and help drive sales to new heights!

As the US Sales Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Wholesale team to not only meet but exceed our sales targets. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that administrative tasks, such as inputting and reporting on sales data, are completed to the highest standard. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that all sales materials are produced and shared on time, maximizing their effectiveness.

You’ll be obsessed with our product offering and use your excellent product knowledge to act as a key point of contact for Agents and the internal Customer Experience team, if they have any sales inquiries you’ll be the person on speed-dial. You will use your excellent relationship building skills to regularly communicate with our Agents and Key Accounts, supporting them to continuously drive sales, coordinate activities and escalate any feedback with supportive suggestions to the US Wholesale Manager.

You will work with the Wholesale team to organize trade shows and events. You will attend all trade shows and take every opportunity to sell our beautiful collections to key customers. You will have the exciting opportunity to support the wider global Wholesale team and Head of Wholesale to launch company brands into new customer accounts, helping us to achieve our goal of becoming the number one affordable luxury gifting retailer.

You will be based at our Head Quarters in Mooresville, North Carolina 3 days a week on average, flexing up to full weeks based on business needs with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. You will be actively participating in shows and events, meaning travel is required for this role.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • SALES

    • Acting as the main point of contact for general sales inquiries

    • Creating and reviewing sales reports to support the team in ensuring all sales targets are being met across key accounts and Agents

    • Maintaining excellent knowledge of best sellers, USPs, performance, and targets for all regions

    • Feeding back on any competition in the market or at shows

    • Supporting with showroom management including appointments, layout, sales performance and ensuring all sales are captured

    • Face to face showroom selling

    • Ensuring any sales leads are followed up and converted into revenue

    • Creating sales leads

    • Working with the sales team to ensure they are briefed and aware of any activity

    • Assisting in the smooth launch of new seasons to our wholesale customers and Agents, running the top line show schedule

    • Supporting the Marketing and Events team to ensure tasks and assets are briefed in, signed off and actioned on time

    • Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks and posters

    • Supporting with elements of managing the Key Accounts including presenting ranges and products to them

    • Preparing provisional orders for potential customers and processing order requests

    • Keeping customers updated with relevant product information

    • Supporting the Customer Experience team with after sales support, ensuring all orders in turn into invoiced sales as well as monitoring account approval and set up, ensuring key customers have a best-in-class experience

    • Supporting the Wholesale Manager with the Key Account strategy by prospecting new accounts and helping to launch the brand with them

    • Supporting Agents with any task and/or information to meet sales targets

    • Actively building customer and Agent relationships

    • Communicating with Agents about shows and upcoming events, ensuring we have relevant Agents attending shows

    EVENTS AND VISUAL MERCHANDISING

    • Coordinating sales sample and marketing material deliveries for each sales agent, account and showroom on a seasonal basis

    • Attending key events across the US, taking every opportunity to sell to customers

    • Preparing stock lists for shows, picking and packing

    • Taking responsibility for the presentation and maintenance of showroom spaces, ensuring they are tidy, on brand, clean, ready at any time

    • Supporting showroom set-ups on a seasonal basis, collating products, setting up displays and all-round support

    • Participating in the set-up of all new shop-in-shops

    • Working with the Visual Merchandising team to generate brand books and guidelines

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience working in a similar wholesale focused position within the fashion, lifestyle or jewelry sector

  • Excellent administration and organization skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Able to build working relationships with those at different levels

  • Positive and inspiring team player and a confident communicator

  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines

  • Visual Merchandising knowledge is desired
