Summary

We are looking for a Gifting Coordinator. The Gifting Coordinator is personable, fast-paced and highly detailed and organized. They thrive in fast-paced environments where working on multiple complex projects at one time is the norm. 

The coordinator works extensively with the account management team to execute inventive gifting strategies.  Their responsibilities include collaborating to develop creative gifting displays, data management, fulfillment and administrative tasks. They must have excellent communication and computer skills and embrace technology and evolving trends. 


You’ll spend your days on the following: 

  • Comprehensive set-up, management and fulfillment of client gifting programs. 
  • Close data management throughout programs including organizing customers, status of orders and billing, and reconciliation. 
  • Thorough and thoughtful follow through on project needs. 
  • Collaborate with team to conceptualize and provide gifting solutions for in-person and virtual events. 
  • Master clients’ brand standards and culture. 
  • Ability to learn industry terminology and pricing models. 
  • Manage vendor relationships (negotiations, production schedule, quality, etc.) 
  • Attend tradeshow events, as needed. 
  • Participate in weekly company and team meetings.  
  • Travel approximately 20 percent of the year – long days/light lifting. 
  • Energetically represent Augeo’s brand in the community, in the industry, amongst prospective and current clients and internally. 

What you need to be successful in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in the promotional products industry, merchandising, advertising or like field is desirable.  
  • Multi-tasker with ability to change directions quickly & frequently 
  • Careful attention to detail 
  • Able to take direction from and work with many different personalities  
  • Self-starter & resourceful 
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Excel and Word proficiency required) 
  • Extremely high level of customer service 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Creative problem solver 

Location

This is a fully onsite position, with five days per week required in our Overland Park office.
