Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician with a strong background in commercial or industrial systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our diverse clientele. Any experience with chillers, and boilers is also helpful, but will train right candidate.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical components/equipment.
  • Perform service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
  • Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
  • Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and procuring tools for the individual service vehicle.
  • Promote and perform all aspects of Ghost Mechanical’s safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC/R systems
  • Valid EPA Certification.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and the company’s competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
