Job description

Qualis LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Global Force Management Action Officer for possible upcoming work in support of HQ CFC S335 for our government customer in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate’s will provide force assignment tracking, readiness analysis, sourcing support, and coordination with Joint Staff and Combatant Commands.


Essential Duties:

  • Support the Task Order Lead the development, delivery and storage of monthly CDRL’s to include Monthly Status Reports (CPMSR), Trip Reports and Manpower Reporting.
  • Support force assignment tracking, UTC coordination, DRT updates, and readiness data collection.
  • Assist in maintaining the “Forces For” document and supporting the USSF force presentation model.
  • Assist in the force element availability assessments, JCRM CCMD requirements validation, identification of Service sourcing options and development of risk-informed Service assessments.
  • Prepare contractor input for Joint Staff GFM Requirements Reviews, Sourcing Conferences, and GFMB’s.
  • Support ARC integration, activation, feasibility analysis, and mobilization readiness reviews.
  • Assist in staffing and coordinating OPORD’s, FRAGORD’s, WARNORD’s, and DEPORD’s from a GFM perspective.
  • Prepare GFM briefings, readiness summaries, and senior-leader decision products.
  • Track GFM-related tasks in TMT and ensure timely responses.
  • Support document review, cross-directorate coordination, comment consolidation, and staffing package preparation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter.
  • 7-10 years of OSW staff, Joint Staff, Uniformed Service headquarters staff, CCMD staff, Service Field Command staff, or subordinate field unit experience with emphasis in operational planning, campaigning and orders development at the operational level.
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
