Job description

Title: Senior Product Manager, Inpatient
Reporting to: Head of Inpatient Products
Location: This position will be a hybrid position based out of our HQ in Bethesda, MD

GWRX is building the next generation of Smart Rooms for the inpatient setting. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Smart Room platform. This role is central to how Get Well defines, delivers, and scales clinical and patient workflow across the inpatient experience.
You will define product direction, make key platform and vendor decisions, and be accountable for both customer value and commercial outcomes. You will operate in ambiguity, work across hardware, software, and AI, and help shape how Get Well differentiates in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities
What You Will Own:
  • Capabilities within Get Well's Smart Room platform strategy and roadmap
  • Product direction across software, AI capabilities, and hardware and technology partnerships
  • Vendor selection, platform scope decisions, and build vs buy tradeoffs
  • Financial outcomes including revenue targets, pricing inputs, and value realization
  • Alignment with executive leadership on long-term differentiation and investment priorities

  • You deeply understand the nursing workflow, patient experience and virtual care markets needs,, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the inpatient setting
  • You define and deliver a clear, defensible roadmap aligned to business strategy
  • Platform releases meet their objectives for adoption, value, and revenue
  • Partner and vendor decisions strengthen Get Well's competitive position
  • Stakeholders trust you as the owner of the Smart Room platform and its outcomes

How You Will Work:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to translate strategy into shipped outcomes
  • Engage continuously in user research and customer conversations to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership on positioning and go to market inputs
  • Operate with high autonomy and accountability in a fast moving, evolving space

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and ownership
  • Strong preference for experience in inpatient nursing workflow, patient engagement, virtual care platforms or closely adjacent solutions
  • Proven outcomes building 0-1 products
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with or around AI enabled products, platforms, or hardware partnerships
  • Comfort owning ambiguity, making hard tradeoffs, and being accountable for outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence

Base salary is dependent on many factors including, but not limited to education, experience and skills. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
