About Us
Dust Bowl/Fassler Hall is looking for fun and energetic candidates to work in a combination German Beer Hall and retro-themed bowling alley! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy making guests happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
  • Provide recommendations to guests on liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
  • Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Must have an ABLE license, alcohol safety training, and food handler permit.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
