German speaking Recruiter In House (EMEA Region) Krakow (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in high-volume, Customer Service, multilingual sales recruitment across the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies for German speaking candidates across customer service, telesales, inside sales, and outbound campaigns for our clients or internal BPO sales operations. Youll be expected to quickly source, engage, and onboard top-tier sales professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments across diverse markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work 3 days in the office and two days at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO sales and CX roles across the EMEA region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand where to source German speaking talent across EU countries and build a proactive data base for current and future needs
Use social media, Job boards and relationships with universities to source German speaking talent for roles in Poland and other TTEC sites in EMEA.
Work closely with operational leaders and account managers to understand hiring needs across multiple campaigns (inbound, outbound, upselling, retention).
Source talent across multiple EMEA countries, often requiring multilingual capabilities (German)
Conduct language assessments and role-based evaluations for sales effectiveness, objection handling, and client-fit.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates across EMEA locations through active and passive sourcing methods.
Organize and manage virtual and on-site recruitment drives and job fairs in key cities or regions.
Stay up to date with labor laws, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across EMEA countries.
Use data-driven recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize and report recruitment activity.
Promote employer brand in local markets through social media, talent communities, and regional partnerships.

Requirements:

Minimum 23 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume CX or sales hiring environment, with a focus on EMEA markets.
Proven ability to recruit for multilingual and multicultural sales roles, especially for voice-based campaigns.
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards (e.g., Reed, StepStone, Bayt, Jobberman), and referrals.
Excellent communication and interviewing skills with cultural sensitivity across European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
Ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
Understanding of sales KPIs, performance benchmarks, and motivational drivers in a BPO environment.

Familiarity with specific BPO hubs in EMEA (e.g., South Africa, Egypt, Poland, Romania, Portugal).
Experience recruiting for international campaigns
Fluent German language skills
