German Customer Specialist

Are you passionate about communication and delivering high-quality support? We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of German Customer Specialist for insurance field one of top 10 the nation's largest car insurer—we are looking for motivated talents to join our team.

In this role, you will independently manage and resolve German-speaking customer inquiries within the automotive insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Provide independent, case-closing telephone advice to existing and prospective customers regarding motor vehicle insurance.
  • Contract Management: Process new applications, vehicle changes, conversions, terminations, and general account updates.
  • Offer Preparation: Generate insurance offers for composite lines (liability, accident, property, and legal expenses) directly during customer consultations.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange pension consultation appointments for customers within the service flow.
  • Data Logging: Perform precise real-time entry and updates of customer accounts and case notes to ensure high quality and prevent financial damages.
  • Document Processing: Handle and log incoming physical and digital documents (mail/emails) accurately and on time.
