Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Junior Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Analyst to support a mission-critical program at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.
The Junior GEOINT Analyst will support imagery and geospatial intelligence production by conducting detailed analysis of multimodal imagery, geospatial data, and related intelligence sources. The analyst will develop accurate, timely, and mission-relevant GEOINT products in support of operational and strategic intelligence requirements.
The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in IMINT and/or GEOINT operations, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and working knowledge of geospatial tools such as ArcGIS.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct imagery intelligence (IMINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis in support of operational and strategic mission requirements.
Exploit, analyze, and interpret multimodal imagery and geospatial data from multiple sources.
Develop geospatial products, intelligence assessments, briefings, graphics, and supporting documentation.
Use ArcGIS or similar geospatial software to organize, analyze, visualize, and present spatial data.
Integrate imagery, geospatial information, and all-source intelligence to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and potential threats.
Perform in-depth analysis requiring sound judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Conduct quality control and validation of GEOINT products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established tradecraft standards.
Collaborate with analysts, mission partners, and Government personnel to clarify requirements and deliver relevant analytical products.
Brief findings and clearly communicate analytical judgments to technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain proficiency with emerging GEOINT tools, methodologies, data sources, and mission requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program objectives.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret clearance reflected in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), with current eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Current, favorably adjudicated Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Poly).
Ability and willingness to complete an additional or upgraded polygraph examination if required.
Minimum of three years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience. Relevant education may be applied toward the experience requirement in accordance with applicable contract experience-point calculations.
At least one year of recent IMINT/GEOINT operational experience obtained within the past three years.
Completion of a certified imagery analysis schoolhouse, military imagery program, or comparable formal training program.
Functional experience using ArcGIS or a similar geospatial analysis platform.
Experience analyzing and exploiting multimodal imagery.
Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage assigned tasks with limited supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Currently supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and possessing an active contractor Intelligence Community badge and Common Access Card (CAC).
More than three years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery or geospatial product development.
Current GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC).
Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS and related geospatial applications.
Bachelor's degree in geospatial intelligence, geography, geographic information systems, intelligence studies, remote sensing, or a related field.
Experience using Spatial Object Management (SOM) tools or comparable GEOINT data-management platforms.
Familiarity with NGA tradecraft standards, production processes, and mission systems.
Ability to begin work immediately or within a short transition period.
