Senior Office Management / Staff Officer Support, Skill Level 4

Location: NGA Denver, Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado, Buckley Space Force Base

Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site

Citizenship: United States citizenship required

This position is contingent upon funding. We anticipate the role being added with a potential start near the end of summer.

About the Role

TULK is seeking a senior Office Management and Staff Officer professional to support the NGA Denver Front Office at the Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado.

This position supports site operations, distinguished visitor programs, major events, task management, administrative operations, infrastructure coordination, and cross-organizational planning.

The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent coordination requirements. This individual will learn and support multiple office functions so they can provide coverage when team members are unavailable or when additional assistance is required.

The selected candidate will work alongside an existing colleague currently supporting the NGA Denver mission.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal site functions supporting working-level personnel, senior leaders, distinguished visitors, and major events.
  • Plan and coordinate Distinguished Visitor tours, special events, briefings, agendas, conference rooms, facility access, and supporting activities.
  • Brief NGA Denver leadership regularly on upcoming visits, events, priorities, and coordination requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of visits and tours involving NGA Denver spaces, the ADF-C facility, and associated missions.
  • Coordinate photographic or video opportunities for distinguished visitors and their supporting parties when authorized.
  • Manage, update, and revise visitor program Standard Operating Procedures, Operational Instructions, governance documents, and related processes.
  • Manage and maintain the visitor shadow program that allows ADF-C personnel to observe selected distinguished visitors and gain greater awareness of Department of Defense leadership positions and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with mission partners, visitor program managers, and the site Distinguished Visitor Support team on daily visits, major events, long-range planning, site-wide processes, and visitor management tools.
  • Provide direct operational and administrative support to the NGA Denver Front Office.
  • Issue parking passes and coordinate data transfer requests, research assignments, ad hoc projects, and other administrative requirements.
  • Track and manage internal and external taskers, deadlines, deliverables, and leadership actions.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint content, summary data, reports, presentations, and office records.
  • Ensure forms, records, and deliverables comply with NGA guidance, policies, and procedures.
  • Submit and track equipment, facility, management, workflow, realignment, and reorganization issues.
  • Support physical space planning and infrastructure management activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project concept plans and design documents.
  • Provide backup support across multiple office functions as operational needs require.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Relevant experience may be substituted for education using the following equivalency:

  • Two years of relevant experience equals one year of college education.

Candidates must also demonstrate experience in the following areas:

  • Supporting senior leaders, front offices, or complex mission organizations.
  • Managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinating activities across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups.
  • Planning and supporting distinguished visitors, executive engagements, tours, conferences, or major events.
  • Conducting research and contributing to analytical or technical reports.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files and records.
  • Creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and summary data.
  • Preparing presentations, briefing materials, read-ahead packages, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicating effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Briefing senior leadership on priority issues, upcoming events, risks, and required decisions.
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and related business applications.
  • Managing physical space and supporting infrastructure planning.
  • Applying space planning and infrastructure management policies and procedures.
  • Using agency-level tasker and action-tracking systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience supporting NGA, the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or another national security organization.
  • Experience supporting a senior government front office.
  • Experience coordinating distinguished visitors or executive-level events at a secure government facility.
  • Familiarity with NGA administrative, task management, visitor management, and infrastructure processes.
Compensation

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $106,000 to $136,000. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, contract requirements, and internal equity.

This position and its anticipated start date remain contingent upon contract funding.
