SUMMARY
Classis Hyundai/Genesis of Hampton is hiring for a experienced service advisor. We are searching for great people to join our team that want to work in a clean and safe environment in our ever growing dealership, come and see what we have to offer. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working with clients in a one on one relationship
  • Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information,
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
  • Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
  • Explain all completed work and charges to clients
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
  • Above average energy level
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
