You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.Responsibilities include:Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referralsUsing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicleLearning and maintaining expert knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, Genesis products, features, packages, and technologyConducting professional vehicle presentations and test drivesFollowing up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfactionWorking closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goalsMaintaining a professional appearance and positive attitudePerforming other duties as assignedWhat Helps You SucceedWe are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy connecting with people, identifying customer needs, and creating solutions. Automotive experience is preferred, but proven success in another sales environment is highly valued.Preferred qualifications include:1+ year of sales experience preferred.
