Job description

Salary Range: $3,871 - $4,200/month based on experience, use the Total Rewards Calculator to estimate.

As the General Trades Maintenance Worker,you will be responsible for providing a wide variety of manual labor and semiskilled work associated with the Readiness Center in Dickinson, ND This is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list.
The General Trades Maintenance Worker, will perform grounds maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming hedges, bushes and trees and assist with snow removal. Ability to perform building maintenance such as rough masonry, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, etc.; perform custodial duties as needed and the ability to perform maintenance on various equipment.
To be considered, this position requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of work experience in one or more of the trade areas in which duties will be performed or related work experience that clearly shows a general knowledge of the tasks and skills needed to perform the duties. Vocational or technical education in a field comparable to the duties to be performed may substitute for up to one year of the work experience requirement. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation are required.
