  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Monitor labor, food cost, and controllable expenses while achieving financial goals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain exceptional team members.
  • Foster a positive and accountable workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, liquor, and labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and hotel leadership.

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality every day.
  • Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working within or alongside a hotel environment is a plus.
Why Gordon Tavern
  • Join an established restaurant with a loyal guest following and a highly experienced team.
  • Lead a successful operation with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
