Lead one of Northern California's most distinctive golf destinations.

Nestled among 150 acres of vineyards at the gateway to Napa Valley, Chardonnay Golf Club is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of club operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality and golf professional who is passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial success.


As General Manager, you will oversee:

• Golf Operations

• Food & Beverage

• Weddings & Events

• Retail & Merchandising

• Member & Guest Services

• Team Leadership & Financial Performance


We're looking for a proven leader with:

  • 3+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • A passion for hospitality, golf, and community engagement


Compensation

$110,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance bonus.
