Job Summary

KCBD-TV NBC, KJTV-TV Fox, and KCBD.COM need an experienced and talented media professional to lead our Creative Services team. As our Creative Services Director, you’ll lead marketing efforts for all our stations and digital products and manage commercial production. You’ll create innovative, compelling outside media campaigns, driving viewership to all of our local brands. The top candidate will have media production skills to produce compelling commercials and station marketing campaigns. We need a leader who can work well with all areas of the station and our advertisers. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the Creative Services team
  • Working with our sales managers to create revenue-generating promotions
  • Helping our local advertisers create effective messages
  • Working with the News Director and General Manager on marketing campaigns for primary and secondary local brands. 7 broadcast stations and digital content and streaming applications.
  • Working with community organizations on events sponsored by our station
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing TV/Digital marketing efforts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in establishing long-range strategies and plans
  • Experience in guiding, directing, coaching, developing, and motivating team members
  • Great storytelling with strong written, shooting, and editing abilities
  • Driving record that meets Gray Media's driving requirements
