$70,000 - $80,000 annually

A Day In The Life

As the General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.

You'll spend your days:

Coaching and developing future leaders

Building a positive, high-performing culture

Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members

Leading a team of up to 75 team members

Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences

Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence

Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and food quality

Monitoring restaurant financial performance

Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins

Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company standards

Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business
