The Role

The Head of Operations & Product will lead the day-to-day operations of Mrs. Fields, integrating product innovation, supply chain, merchandising, and financial management. This executive will ensure that premium quality standards are met across all e-commerce and sales channels, while driving EBITDA growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Leading research and development for new product lines (baked goods, gift items) and seasonal, high-margin, or limited-time offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain strict compliance with Mrs. Fieldsโ€™ brand standards, product recipes, and food safety regulations.
  • Merchandising & Packaging: Develop product presentation strategies for online channels, ensuring high-quality, appealing packaging that drives customer engagement.
  • Menu Engineering: Analyze product performance to optimize menu offerings and maximize profitability.

Supply Chain & Operations

  • End-to-End Logistics: Manage the full supply chain, including sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts with key suppliers to ensure cost reduction, supplier reliability, and material availability.
