This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and maximizing financial performance.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
