Ennis, Inc., headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, specializes in the manufacturing and sale of business forms and custom-printed business products across North America. With a history dating back to 1909, the company operates over 50 facilities, producing items such as laser cut sheets, tags, labels, envelopes, and point-of-purchase advertising. Ennis is one of the largest suppliers of financial, security, and promotional documents, providing support to various industries through independent dealers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Indianapolis, IN. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and quality of manufacturing to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include overseeing all areas of production, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position will have full P/L responsibility and will be evaluated on growth of profits and sales. This individual will collaborate with Business Unit Director and plant level department heads to create strategic plans and lead teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with proven experience in guiding and motivating diverse teams.

• Operational management expertise, including budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization.

• Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities to align operations with business objectives.
