What the job schedule would look like:

  • 40-50 hours per week
  • Must have open availability for hours of operations 7AM-9:30PM

  • Lead by example โ€” working side by side with your team (no โ€œclipboard managersโ€ here!)
  • Deliverย outstanding customer serviceย and coach your team to do the same
  • Support management with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • Maintain high standards forย cleanliness, organization, and operations
  • Help controlย food and labor costsย while driving team performance
  • Foster aย positive, team-focused cultureย and uphold Jersey Mikeโ€™s values
  • Take full ownership of daily operations as you grow into leadership
