Absolute Recomp is developing the next generation of club leaders through our General Manager in Training (GMIT) Program.
This role is designed for ambitious, high-performing individuals ready to learn every aspect of running a successful club, from team leadership and operational execution to sales performance and member experience. Youll train directly with company leadership and experienced General Managers while preparing for placement into a General Manager role.
What Youll Do

  • Train alongside current General Managers and leadership teams
  • Learn club operations, labor management, staffing, and scheduling
  • Develop coaching and accountability skills to lead high-performing teams
  • Drive membership sales, supplements revenue, and overall club performance
  • Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve escalated concerns
  • Maintain company standards in presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Learn reporting, KPIs, payroll/timekeeping oversight, and operational metrics
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, and club events
  • Prepare for future placement into a General Manager leadership role
