We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead our Hilton Garden Inn in beautiful Colorado Springs. This is an opportunity for an experienced hotel leader who thrives on developing people, driving financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining Hilton brand standards.
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the hotel's operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team culture. You'll build a high-performing leadership team, develop future hospitality leaders, and create an environment where both guests and associates enjoy coming to work every day.
What You'll Do
  • Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong expense controls
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and hotel associates
  • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain outstanding Hilton brand scores
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and company operating procedures
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Partner with the sales team to maximize occupancy and market share
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, recognition, and service excellence
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained hotel for guests and associates

What We're Looking For
  • Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a branded hotel
  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success improving guest satisfaction scores and financial performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences
  • Knowledge of revenue management and hotel sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, or equivalent hotel leadership experience.
