Job Description

  • Represent and assist clients in State and Federal Court and administrative proceedings.
  • Manage litigation matters from investigation and discovery through trial preparation and court proceedings.
  • Prepare discovery demands, motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the dispute-resolution process.
  • Represent clients at hearings, proceedings, and trials as appropriate to experience level.
  • Provide practical legal advice and counsel on education, employment, and related matters.
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to develop thoughtful, effective legal solutions.
  • Build trusted client relationships while delivering high-quality, responsive legal representation.

Qualifications

  • Active New York State Bar admission and good standing.
