Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Required Qualifications:

  • Full-time Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience

  • At least 4-5 first-chair civil trials

  • General litigation experience

  • Motion practice experience

  • Fact and expert witness deposition experience

  • General discovery practice experience

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Bilingual 

  • Experience with SmartAdvocate® (case management software)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective and efficient communication with clients and co-workers

  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

  • Team-oriented attitude

Job Description

  • Represent clients after pre-suit through the conclusion of the case, whether via settlement or trial

  • Prepare for and try numerous jury trials throughout Florida each year

  • Work with approximately 35-40 files in direct collaboration with at least one paralegal and a team of legal assistants

  • Focus solely on litigation without dealing with pre-litigation or pre-suit cases

  • Attend seminars and workshops to continually improve trial skills

  • Receive compensation through a base salary and guaranteed bonus structure
