Position Summary

Concast Inc. is seeking a dependable Spray Up Technician / General Laborer to join our growing manufacturing team in Zumbrota, MN. This hands-on position is responsible for producing high-quality precast concrete products used in infrastructure projects across the country. Individuals with experience in construction, concrete work, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Spray Up Operations

  • Prepare and set up steel forms for concrete production
  • Operate spray equipment and apply concrete to molds
  • Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse
  • Load raw materials (sand, cement, fiberglass)
  • Start, stop, and monitor production equipment

Safety & Quality

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas

Teamwork & Production Support

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with material handling and equipment use
  • Support additional production tasks as needed
Requirements:

Preferred Experience

  • Concrete, precast, or construction work
  • Manufacturing or production environments
  • Fiberglass, composites, or spray equipment operation
  • Skilled trades experience
  • Forklift or material handling equipment operation
  • Use of power tools, hand tools, and industrial equipment
