Construction Superintendent – Lead Onsite Operations for Premier Commercial and Federal Projects

The Opportunity

You will serve as the critical onsite leader, driving the daily execution and safety enforcement of complex commercial and federal builds. This role empowers you to manage diverse subcontractor teams while receiving direct operational backing from company owners who stay actively involved. You will have the autonomy to run high-stakes job sites while enjoying the stable backing and competitive compensation of an established corporation.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and strict quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate a seamless onsite workflow and clear communication.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee strict adherence to OSHA regulations and internal company safety protocols.
  • Supervise and guide onsite personnel on advanced construction techniques, daily safety procedures, and field best practices.
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam to manage daily documentation, progress reporting, and real-time project collaboration.
  • Review complex architectural blueprints and technical contracts to ensure accurate implementation of all design specifications.
  • Manage field logistics and coordinate multiple trades efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated field leadership experience specifically within commercial construction projects.
  • Proven supervisory experience directly managing diverse onsite trade personnel and commercial subcontractors.
  • Strong technical proficiency in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and contract administration.
  • Deep operational knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards relevant to large-scale construction sites.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing ProCore or equivalent construction management software for field documentation.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid certifications in construction management, OSHA 30-Hour, or highly related technical fields.
  • Advanced expertise in construction project scheduling techniques and managing multi-trade synchronization.
  • Experience managing industrial, government, or federal building projects within a general contracting framework.
